该网友在PTT八卦版发文写下，河北彩花是真的正，有气质的正，是那种让你打从心里欣赏的正。或许是因为颜值太高，她认为反而「没有感觉」，更不禁好奇「长那种正那样干嘛拍A片？」 网友则纷纷留言「为了世界和平」、「使命感，要让大家幸福」、「赚钱啊不然勒」；不过也有网友感慨「看过她流出的证件照，其实还满普的」。
也有部分意见认为，河北彩花虽然长得很漂亮，但演技与题材都有生硬尴尬，还有待加强。此外，整理网友看法，包含明里紬、山岸逢花、美谷朱里、桃乃木香奈、神木丽都被点名是相当漂亮的女优。
